re: 2024 Gamecock FB Recruiting

Both can be true. I'm bitching because we have led for numerous guys, like Paylor, Solomon and the wr that went to VT, and at the last minute we got outbid. I understand what Beamer is doing but the fact is South Carolina doesn't have the Nil to do both. Either you don't follow recruiting and what has been happening or you think we will be ok losing out on blue chips. Our class would easily be top 10 if we had the NIL other schools have.

I can be morally against the bidding wars but my business sense knows it's how the game is now. I said we were going to lose out on more recruits due to our weak nil and these past 2 days have proven that.

Out of the last 4 blue chip recruits, which we led for all 4 at one time, we landed 1 and lost 3 due to NIL. 25% is not going to get it.
