Did not get to watch but Watts turned in a very respectable 5.2 innings with 9 K’s. Only gave up 3 hits but two were solo shots. Armstrong struggled giving up 4 hits and 3 runs in 1 inning of work. Bats were ice cold, 2 hits on the night is miserable.

AU takes it to the 9th 2-2 and LSU takes advantage of the McBride pitching change to win the game 3-2 on a 2 out hit with bases loaded.
