My personal accounts aren’t nearly as valuable as my retirement. If I can borrow against the retirement without much interest, that would be huge for me....

1031

So kind of new to this topic since most of my real estate transactions have just been done through cash. Anyway, a great investment opportunity came up and my only way to get the down payment is to liquidate my personal stock investments (not retirement accounts). The plan is to sell down all of my ...

This is one of those truly risk reward properties. I think I would lean more to option 3 though. Mineral owners always make more money off the royalties as compared to the bonus. Take the cash because with today’s market, I highly doubt people are going to be aggressively developing any area. If you...

My girlfriend is Type 1. She has used the Dexcom and swears by it. She can monitor trends so much better than before and adjusted her lifestyle due to it. She works at a diabetic clinic doing research, and still maintains it's the best option out there. She was able to even lower her A1C count and s...

No problem... I have a production profile: 100,90,85,70... Integers are based on time: 0,0,0,1,0,0,8,6... So, I would like to multiply the production profile by the integer and carry that continuous production profile, while also adding in the additional multiplied production profiles that ...

Excel Help

I have been instructed to minimize using VBA in a spreadsheet, yet I think this may be the only option... So, I'm trying to multiply and sum a production profile (call it A2:A500) each time B2:B500 is an integer which changes over time. How can I sum these production values whilst still keeping ...
I bought this same one for all my annoying arse neighbors' dogs. Amazon Prime at their doorstep. They get the hint. I can't stand jerking off when barks are going on around me. Kills my confidence....
Domestic oil is heavily subsidized by the taxpayers.
Where did you get this ridiculous information from? Oil is one of the most competitive free markets in existence. It's purely based on a supply and demand curve which is why we have seen the huge swings in prices. In fact, we (th...
Well I've seen royalties as low as 12.5% and as high as 33%. Oil severance taxes in TX I think are 4.6%. Add in 2.5ish% for ad valorem and your average is probably closer to an all inclusive 30%. Once again we are starting to splice. Another consideration is not many people get WTI pricing from a re...
