Seems like a particular game of interest from week 2 is missing from this article, out of a New Orleans based media outlet, that highlights JC home games. Seems as if JC knew that was supposed to be a home game for Zachary.

If there was no contract, then why would JT say they decided to void it. If there was no contract or agreement then there was nothing to void. Spelled out in quotes in that article.
Semantics, but JT is up to his antics again.
Now, he is under contract and decides he doesn’t want to go back...

Not a CPA, but if you have lived in your primary residence greater than 2 years, unless it has changed, you won't pay capital gains on it.
raw land would have capital gains and could use a 1031 only if you are buying another investment property not to buy primary residence. ...

It is so much of a big deal that all of the Ascension parish schools are listed as playing the small sports such as basketball, soccer, etc. against either Catholic or St. Joseph's. Not every Ascension School playing every sport, but everyone is playing AT Catholic or St Joseph's.
