Clif Bars. Much more substantial than a special k or a lot of other meal replacement/snack bar type thing. Try white chocolate macadamia or chocolate chip. Wal-Marks, Target, and most grocery stores have them. ...

The only reason Tony Dungy is even recognized at the grocery store is because Peyton Manning made him look like the greatest offensive mind in football for a decade or so. Dungy got canned quick in Tampa where there was no on-the-field coach....

Mississippi is the same way. Wine/liquor only in liquor stores but they can't sell tobacco. Beer and tobacco sold in grocery stores and gas stations. MS legislature solving the dreaded "What booze will I drink?" problem....

The ribeyes are over priced, but you could go with just a variety pack. They screw you on shipping so try to order when they ship for free. Price is more manageable then. ...
