finally getting my groove back…shoulder pressing 70 lbs, DB press up to 85 lbs x 10 x 3, dropped 36 lbs and getting ripped again at 56 y/o after getting fat as frick sitting on the sidelines as my shoulders healed despite rigorous PT. everything is at a great price point, but stay away from the produce and most meats (though i'll buy a duck to smoke on occasion).
they have an excellent selection of cheeses and whatnot to make excellent charcuterie, which we often do. and some other stuff that'll suprise you.
