I guess he could have mispoken and meant to say fumbled after going out of bounds, but fumbled the ball out of bounds is standard terminology for a fumble while in play and the ball goes out of bounds. ...

The over turned fumble call was the correct call, the "expert" didn't know what he was talking about. Before the review, Wagers clearly states that the call on the field was "a fumble out of bounds.". In other words, Lester fumbled in bounds, but the ball was not recovered by either team before goin...
