The one in the pic works great for my golden. I have never used the “shock” button on her. She is 7 months and I have only used the alarm and the vibrate. These seem to do the trick. I have a camp that is about 200 yards away from a road so unwanted something to let her know I can reach her if n...

I had a problem and replaced the sd card and it fixed my issue. As far as customer service, I go through their Facebook messenger and it is much better than calling them....
