As others have stated, lots of variables. But $300-325 sqft will get you a nice place. I just built one in Bay St Louis as a spec and it brought $325/ sqft. 1500 sqft and was not water front but was raised. ...
I checked out their website though. You would think that with jet burners and no heat shield/wind shield covering the sides of the burners that it would lose a ton of heat and not get water boiling too fast....
I can bring my pot with 20 gallons of water to a boil in 7-8 minutes. ...

I think I paid $1800 for my first pot with a dump basket. Could do 3 sacks at a time. But it had a pot cooler on it too. I traded it to a buddy and bought one without a dump basket. It has a steaming rack though Give Cary a call; he will build you whatever you want ...

I’m in the industry and will tell you if they ordered an engineers report they are setting up to deny the claim because they feel there are grounds to do so. I would request the engineers report and go over it with a licensed/qualified roofer you trust. If they feel the damage was sudden and non for...

Don’t do it! As others have said, you need to inspect the substrate. Also, going over the shingles could cause oil canning. This is a waviness in the panel. ...
I'm debating standing seam vs R-Panel but the price is double. Is it worth it?
In my opinion you are also paying for the appearance of the standing seam.. The standing seam is a nice system because it hides the screws however the new 40 year screws have come along way. ...

Was not sure if you had the amount of roofing squares; was going to give you price ranges. For a galvalume R panel roof with Zac screws, ice and water, and 2x4 stripping you should be expecting $600-700 per square. For standing seam, it will be more in the $1000-1200 per square range. A lot of what ...

Ok, I’ll be more specific. The Tamko Heritage shingles that are readily available and being sold to property owners are Builders Grade shingles. I have put the on and taken them off of roof tops. They are very thin and tear easily. I can’t speak to their Titan or class 4 shingles as I typically inst...

Tamko is a builders grade shingle. I have not installed any Titans but I highly doubt they are of the quality of Atlas or OC Duration. I would call around and get other quotes. I get Atlas Pinnacle Pristine weekly. Popular colors are 2 weeks at most. ...
