So, FEMA arrives in NY on Sept 10, 2001 for a "training" exercise, and ended up overseeing the cleanup of ground zero to the tune of 400 truckloads a day of rubble put on ships and sent to China for "recycling". Way to go FEMA, always in the right place at the right time, LOL...

So how do you explain the fact that that people were told at 1 in the afternoon to vacate the area around WTC 7 because it was going to be brought down??
