Read the article. At the very least, the program should be modified so that the people who do need it are the primary beneficiaries....

What I mean by, "don't need it", is that most of the beneficiaries are wealthy. See the article, which refers to a study of the program.

Absolutely, the Utah Game. It was about 45 degrees, rainy, and the wind was a steady 25 mph. The only redeeming thing was that I started the game watching from the South End Zone, but was able to migrate to the 50-yard line seats on the Home side pretty quickly. Missouri definitely deserves respect, they've earned it; trouble is, to most of the West division, we forget that they even exist unless we play them (Arky and MSU, and perhaps the SECCG)...
