You're correct really low budget. Birmingham has an SPHL team and I believe payroll is max of $5600 per week for 18 players. Play is atrocious in these leagues.

Only felons? Imagine losing it for a misdemeanor. A misdemeanor conviction of domestic violence will lose your gun rights. There are men and women that cannot legally carry in this country because of an argument. Pretty sure police arrest and figure it out later when called....
