I lift everyday now except for Sunday. The shittiest food I eat now is bread for the occasional sandwich. the shittiest thing I drink now is the occasional Coke Zero. I had lost 17 pounds before I even began Mounjaro. I’ve changed everything and just got used to it....

Just got my blood work done yesterday and it’s pretty unbelievable. Started on 2.5 Mounjaro end of January and now taking 5mg. A1c was 10.5 in April of 2022, now it’s at 4.9. I’ve been eating well and busting my arse though. Down 48 pounds since September. Seems too good to be true...

I do not have a plan. I map out and make sure I’m hitting all muscle groups for the week. No real rhyme or reason behind weight and reps. I’m still trying to find out what I can and can’t do. While about to be 44, my brain I guess is still in its 20’s to where strength used to shoot up fast. ...

I just got my 2.5 mounjaro today! I’m pumped. Had to go through hoops, but insurance is covering it so I got it for $25. Waiting until Friday to inject in case of side effects....
