And there's nothing to defend...why would the NCAA make themselves look like any more of a fool than they already look if they thought they would uncover more through "ongoing investigations."...

Cam Newton and AU got off on a technicality. The same way a criminal gets off if a cop doesn't read him his miranda rights, or if a search warrant is improperly executed. Any reasonable AU fan realizes this, and also realizes the NCAA will address this loophole very soon.....so no, this is not goi...
