Also settle something for me. What exactly is the fuel charge? I was told that it includes a huge Katrina charge in it, that the utility company charges. And when i called Cleco, they said it would continue till 2019. :confused:
But my neighbors refuse to believe that it includes a Katrina type ...

Interesting how Adrian changed throughout each movie. First she was this shy girl, who you can damn near argue was borderline retard. She transforms into his "rock" so to speak.
