Had to hire for the big 3 plus women's BB with a decimated football roster and men's basketball sanctions. Has to be compared with all time great jobs done by an AD in the history of college sports.

I'll ask you to remember how long it took Les to screw up the process Saban had put in place in just 5 years BR. He's had 17 at Bama those coattails alone may be good enough for 2-3 more West titles. Hate it. But watched it happen with Les....
