I mix it in my coffee in the morning. I have the flavorless one and it mixes well. I find the heat of the coffee helps to mix it easier...

I live by myself so I pretty much cook every night I'm at home unless I go out to a restaurant. It's pretty easy, after work I go to the gym, run by fresh market after and grab a fresh protein and some veggies. Takes 10-15 minutes to cook at home. Oh and the wine that pairs with the protein. ...

I already eat healthy and workout. I do like to engage in the daily beer or glass of wine and that's not going to change. Probably be a little more conscience about hygiene while in public though. ...
