Think about it from Wade’s perspective. He is being tried in the court of public opinion on unsubstantiated allegations while there is an upcoming criminal trial of which he is a subpoenaed witness. Anything he says to Alleva opens them up to also be subpoenaed as well. He acted on advice of counsel...
