As a fan of the sport I wish it wasn't this way but I completely understand. I wonder where it is all going? Like will we see players opting out of games after their team is out of contention for a championship? For example, it made no sense for Texas A&M's Devin Achane to play in the LSU gam...

re: Napier to UF doesn’t make sense
It just bugs people that he coaches at another Louisiana school.
I don't think the ULL thing is really a factor for most people. I think people are nervous that Napier is a Sun Belt head coach with no experience running a P5 program. There was a great thread on this forum a couple ...
If he becomes our head coach, he’ll hate the fans and the city before he’s gone lol.
Not if he wins....
You could add Derek Dooley to the unsuccessful list but he wasn't really that successful at La Tech. Al Golden flopped at Miami. Willie Taggart, one mediocre season at Oregon before he flopped at Florida State. Not sure where you'd put Gus Malzahn. He had a few good seasons at Auburn, even...
Nope not bullshite. The board turned on Aranda midway through 2019 season. His approval rating climbed back up a bit after the NCG but most posters here were not upset that he left for Baylor....
I’ll bet most of the haters here were hating on Aranda in 2019 when there were arguably some issues with the defense
It was worse than that. The majority thought Bo Pelini would be a major upgrade....
Russell Wilson LINK 5'11 201 Composite Ranking:1186 Lindsey Scott LINK 5'11 215(according to james smith) Composite Ranking: 1053 VERY similar situation out of high school
 These comparisons are so ridiculous. For every 5'11" 200 lb QB ranked below 1000 ...
Looks like he signed with Northwestern State....
He wasnt good here, why would he be good enough now?
I thought he just played a redshirt year here? That's hardly enough time to shine. By your reasoning, we should just pull Cliff Garrett's scholarship now and send him home....
I thought Lorenzo Phillips left LSU on good terms and just had to get his academics in order. Anyone know why we are not pursuing him as a OLB this class? Seems we are one transfer or injury away from being really thin next year. He would come in as a redshirt junior, 2 to play 2....
LSU continued exhibiting the kind of well-led honor that any decent coach would instill in his players by approaching Latroy once he was on the cart and expressing their sympathies.
Pretty sharp contrast to what happened 2 years ago when the Swamp booed Kwon Alexander after he brok...

The ranter perception is he is not an effective recruiter. They see us losing some key recruits and want an all-star recruiter on the staff to take over north Louisiana. That is what I glean from reading this board a few times a week....
