NIL and opt outs has killed the bowls. Back in the day an invite to a New Years Bowl in Florida was a big thing. No one goes anymore. Watch the sponsorship dry up and bowls outside the playoffs will be gone in a couple of years. ...

Agreed. Remember when BK arrived here at LSU there were 39 scholarship football players. O lost his mind after 2019 and that is a big reason for where we are right now.....

Exactly. FSU jumped all over LSU last year. We did come back and make a game of it, but how can you really take them lightly? Poor preparation all around....

St Thomas Aquinas High School, Ft Lauderdale, FL. That school produces elite football talent . Good to see LSU getting some of those guys. Both of my kids went to school there. Amazing watching that team play....

I was there that night. The atmosphere was crazy. Wife and I flew in from Miami for the game. I think I was the only one not dressed in orange and blue. The fans were an arrogant bunch much like their coach. Beating them that night was so damn satisfying. Of course the flight back home to Miami...

Yes I believe O is volunteering his time at the U. Looks like one of his sons is a analyst for the Hurricanes. O was on my flight from New Orleans to Miami a few weeks ago. First Class of course. Supposedly he has a place in the South Beach area and I’m sure he is chasing the ladies down there....
