I think the only real solid for sure pick I have on my list would be Cutler...you can poke holes in that whole list....

I just think Barker did more than he got credit for. I also guess I was so used to seeing RB's at Bama like Humphrey, Ogilvie, etc that I am not giving Williams the credit for carrying the offense....

If I dont watch out I might teach a Florida Fan the history of their own program...they probably dont even know who Charlie Pell or Wayne Peace are....
On the contrary, the pass set up the run. The point is, their success was because of a certain system just like Crouch...
What records does Matthews set with Fred Taylor? I think he was much more effective than Ericht Rhett. You could make a vague argument that Kerrwin Bell was b...

I had trouble with that one also I wanted to take Stabler or Jay Barker. You can consider what happend to Namath by suspensions against him. You can not discount that Barker just won also. Also I had issue with not giving Buck Belue credit for losing just 1 game in 2 years, even though all he did...

Actually if you look at all of Spurriers teams with Wuerrfuel and Terry Dean they both had over 1000 yd rushers. They used the run to set up everything. I think that Matthews had to do more with less around him....

Was it the 01 or 00 game in Oxford? The 7 OT Ark Ole Miss Game? And the 03 Ark UK game in Lexington. I may have the years wrong so forgive me....

I want to say the UGA UT game in Knoxville when Green threw the TD and the announcer went nuts....

re: Seahawks sideline hats are hideous

That photo of them makes them look decent but on the sideline they are awful looking (my opinion). I feel bad for the equipment guys having to track all of those things. I had hard enough time tracking the 5 we had for our QB's at the school I worked for....

Seahawks sideline hats are hideous

Posted by schulte on 8/15/09 at 11:25 pm
Watching the game on the NFL Net they look hideous, lime green and just awful. But as Tony Gwynn said once about Major League Uniforms. They are free and I am in the Majors so it isnt that bad....
Maybe you can now drop the "unfortunately" from your location identification.
I think I would still rather have a beach house in the Bay (bitch Katrina) instead of a lake house at War Eagle, just saying. Plus the reason I came back last summer was because of a death in family....
I hated Fayetteville, I think it was because of something that happend when I went to high school on Stone St and was told something by someone that worked on Razorback Rd. But after coming back from being gone 20 years, I have found a new appreciation for it and the people who I knew then are stil...

Sort of a hijack here...But if Mcknight would have been at LSU wonder how much people would be calling him the next Payton or Bush?...
Trivia tidbit: Know why its called the "Wildcat" package? Gus Malzahn ran it with the guys he coached with in Springdale. Springdale Har-Ber's mascot is the "Wildcats".
Springdale is the Bulldogs and it was called the wildcat or polecat way before then. Gus never was at H...
Whole Hog to me isnt as good as Penguin Ed's or Herman's. But the Sandwhiches are money. It's in Fiesta Square. But the best part of Fayetteville especially in October is the scenery when the leaves start switching, I was amazed when coming back home after 20 years after going through the Hoppe...

Probably one of the best sporting event to watch. Angelo Taylor 400 M Hurdles Gold Medalist gets smoked and did not make it out of first round, then says it isnt a disappointment. But he is styling in the Oakleys. And some dude that's 6'6 winning the shot, how he can stay in the ring is amazi...
Best ribs in town for my money is Herman's. I also like Penguin Ed's. For the best food for the money though its Pesto in the Chief Motel, shitty hotel, shitty location, but awesome food. And the recently completed access in Springdale make life a lot easier traveling from 71 to interstate....

My point is that he copied an offense that had been used for decades though. He is getting credit for things he did not do. I understand that his teams at Springdale (biggest HS in the state) were good, as with Shiloh (recruited which is legal for a private school and played in a very bad league)....

So copying the Single Wing and throwing out of it is earth shattering? I mean Franchione ran the single-wing at Bama when he first got there. People are starting to defend it better, watch how they bring the safety or Linebacker up now....
