After a couple quick searches it looks like half of the travel industry is built around solo/singles travel. Tons on options out there. Club Med, crusises, European vacations, etc. I think you should just pick what you want to do, and you'll be able to find something tailored for what you're loo...

Anyone know how long it's taking lately to get Global Entry renewed? I figured it would be quick since it's a renewal, but maybe I was wrong....

Pretty sure they opened when the new renovation finished around 2014. Before that the owner group had the "Chile's Too" in the old terminal. I think the Fly Bar was their consolation prize when the airport decided to award leases based on gross revenue and consumer appeal instead of political favors...
