The percentage grading scale according to historicals:
100% - Actually means 5% chance of not signing with said school. Most likely a friend let the beans out the bag.
99%-75% - It's a trap. 51% likely said school will land prospect.
75%-0% - Toss-up. No one knows but everyone is search...

Between 2010-2016, PITT had (15) 4 stars.
Same ERA for LSU? (86) 4 stars.

If you're talking from an OPEC side, yes. All other oil companies (non-OPEC affiliated) produce the maximum amount of oil possible. To SI a capable producing well due to oil prices is a business model I've never heard of... That's like saying you stop flying airplanes until people decide to pay mor...

The stop loss for any of those oil companies listed above should be based on oil price. These companies move hand-in-hand with the price of oil so the time to move out would be around the $(75-80)/bbl on the WTI. For the time being, just let it ride. Don't even look at it on a week-to-week basis....

Anytime Danny McCray stumbled onto the field, it was either a 20 yd seam route completion with him looking like a baby giraffe or 0 run support with Hellen Keller type tendencies. Still to this day I have no idea how that kid made it to the pros....
