Has nothing to do with the recruit and everything to do with the size and fanaticism of the fanbase. Giving the Bama bump results in tons more clicks and traffic. Giving a Pinkel bump will get a slight increase but not nearly as much as Bama or whoever.

"He will be attending the NFL Regional Combine in Chicago on March 7th. If he does well there, he could receive an invite to the Super Regional in Phoenix, AZ."

Henson covered Oklahoma, LA, AR and maybe Texas. Since becoming OC, I think he primarily gets called in to help sell the offense to high priority recruits. Especially OL recruits since that's his area of expertise.

Agreed. I think Tennesse's Butch Jones follows the stars. He added Quatre Sapp, a four star, late in the process. When we were looking to add a LB, it was said that our staff preferred Terez Hall, a 3 star, over Sapp. Supposedly, even after they got Sapp, Tennessee started showing interest in Hall. ...

I don't see this ever happening under Pinkel. We rely too much on building relationships at high schools and having a clean reputation.
