I read a report as to where 1.6 is somewhere in the ballpark of what they can afford. So Tennessee wont be making a "splash"...

I am still waiting on a UK lotto pick to actually play like a lotto pick in his rookie year. I mean they do get better it seems, but Cal like Self ruins talent that would have went from HS to the NBA in the one year they "have" them....
