OP, I’m curious as to your test results. You described my symptoms perfectly from about a month and a half ago. Exactly the same. I had not traveled, but several folks in my office had recently been to various locations overseas.
I tested negative for the flu but was told by the doc I had the flu ...

Agree. It sucks, but I like where we are currently heading. It would be better to have beaten Bama for sure, especially when we were in position to do it both times, but we are ahead of where anyone, realistically, thought we would be.

In simplest terms, you can workout/exercise all you want, but without the right eating habits, you will just be hiding, or "over insulating" any muscle tone you may have.
As far as training, the most effective approach is to incorporate high rep weight training with high intensity (interval) cardio...
