No car! Ideally, a walkable city during the week and train or short flights on weekends. I'm leaning Germany or Sweden at this point....

I have only been to England and Amsterdam. I'll be in Greece for a wedding late July, so taking on a month post-Greece. I'd prefer a more English-speaking area. Belgium, Germany, or Scandinavia are more appealing than Spain and France. More into the city life than adventure....
Remote Work for 1 month - what city in Europe?
Posted by FultonReed on 1/5/24 at 10:14 am
I'm looking to work remote in Europe for the entire August, does anybody have experience or recommendations as to what city should be my hub? I'll have a decent sized budget for housing. Looking to stay in that hub city and work remote during the week, but travel to other cities on the weekends....
Don't forget about the 1099 you will get at the end of the year for winnings
I think the 1099s are only issued for daily fantasy winnings, and not for sportsbook winnnings.
A W2G is issued for sportsbook winnings, but that is only if you win more than $600 AND the odds were 300 ...

Pivoting off this thread...I'm also interested in getting a new 3 wood. Would it be dumb to pay for a fitting just for a 3 wood? I've never been fitted before, but I also don't have interest (or the budget) to get a new driver and irons for at least a couple more years....
