SEC commissioner Greg Sankey told CBS Sports on Tuesday that he would like the NCAA to prohibit Michigan from conducting part of their spring practice at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

One high-ranking source told CBS Sports that an effort similar to Michigan's will most likely be prohibited in the near future but a decision is not expected to be handed down in time to prevent the planned trip to Florida.

“Our primary reaction [is] that, in the face of the time-demand conversations, we've got one program taking what has been 'free time' away,” Sankey said. “Let's draw a line and say, ‘That's not appropriate.'"

life in Michigan sux so badly that they want to have spring practice in Florida to get away from Michigan. But, the bottom line is that schools are not professional organizations and they ought not be spending the money to move their whole operation over a thousand miles away. Also, they ought not be allowed to take over a high school facility, or have sleep-overs at recruit's homes. So, you can't sleep-over as a college player at a coach's house, but a coach recruiting you can sleep-over at your house? And, how gay is that anyway?
