Paul Finebaum Thinks Only Auburn, Florida State Can Beat Alabama

ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum is getting all warmed up for college football season by yappin' his gums about who he thinks are the only teams who can beat Alabama this year...

“It will not be a big surprise — Alabama is going to be No. 1 and I don’t think it’s going to be close,” Finebaum said on ESPN this morning, per 247Sports. “The most interesting thing is will Florida State be No. 2. We’ve never had a 1 vs. 2 matchup in the opening weekend. We always get that in the final game. This could be the first time. Alabama’s a 5.5 to 6.5-point favorite and I think that’s a very dangerous game.

“Alabama does not have very many dangerous games. Really the opener against FSU and the closer at Auburn, a place where the Tide lost four years ago. Other than that, most of the others games are going to be laughers.”

Paul,I think Alabama will lose several games.There are teams besides Auburn and Florida State that can beat Alabama.

Who listens to that freak anyway? He should have been taken off of the SEC network because he doesn't treat all SEC schools equally. His favorite is of course Bama than Auburn, Georgia than Florida. Everyone else is second rate. He doesn't speak very well as a representative for the SEC as whole. The SEC needs a guy like Brando or someone like him that treats all schools equally. The Finebaum show us a recruiting tool for Bama, and the SEC network turns its ugly Crimson head.

Wrong. When Auburn was destroying Bama in the mid-2000s he was accused of being an Auburn dickrider and hating Bama. Truth is he just gave his opinion and if you don't like it, don't listen to him. If LSU were doing good, he'd do the same thing to LSU. He jumps on whatever bandwagon is hot. It's just so happened to be Bama the last 9-10 years. Sorry for partying, dad.

Bama is Going to destroy FSU. Sabin has all summer to prepair. Bama always loses at least one. Has trouble figuring out Ole Miss offence. No more Les Miles offense to joke about in film room.A&M road game could.be tough. Does anyone really think Auburn is going to be that good this year? Alabama is always going to be good but we all know the QB was overrated last year and is going to be a problem again this year. Defence was probably one of best ever last year and won't be as intimidating this year.
