Missouri announced Wednesday that sophomore defensive end Marcus Loud has been dismissed from the football team for a violation of team policies. Per The Columbia Tribune:

Loud has not returned a message for comment on his dismissal. He's the fourth player to leave the program following spring practice after safety Shaun Rupert, offensive lineman Jordan Williams and defensive tackle Evan Winston opted to transfer earlier this month.
As freshman last season, Loud finished with 14 tackles, one for loss and 0.5 sacks.

He was expected to start at defensive end this season for the Tigers.
