Looks like Herb Hand is heading to AU

I've liked him since he coached at Vandy. A lot of AU fans on Facebook are saying it is a comfortable hire for Gus and are pointing to PSU's line play this season.
What is the general consensus among Vandy fans on how he did?

He did ok here. I don't think his coaching background/style ever really blended with what Franklin wanted to do offensively. Hand has a background in the spread & Franklin is more of a pro style offensive scheme so it was a bit of square peg round hole. He has a great personality and is a good recruiter and will be a better coach in AU's scheme than he was at PSU.

He was Co-OC with Gus at Tulsa. I know a lot of AU fans want there to be someone t challenge Malzahn to adapt. Herb Hand will likely not do that.
