That is not what I am hearing from my uncle's mother who is also hearing things.

Where did you get this? Seems to be to tidy of a package to be the best qualified group. I'm not even sure I would like a Smart hire, much less the other two. Cristobal is a big question mark. And USCe is looking hard at Boom. Why would he commit to a DC job before he's interviewed. Not sure I believe a word of this.
