Spurrier is not held in high regard by the USCe fans or administration. I doubt he will be asked for a recommendation.

and even if he was asked, why would he say anything negative about richt? There isn't a soul in the profession, outside of maybe urban meyer, that would poormouth richt.
Coaches aren't message board fans, just because Richt was at UGA doesn't mean people are going to talk shite about him as it relates to getting another job.
