That you predict will step up and surprise lots of people. I see Reggie Carter having a huge season. Also, if he's not redshirted Davin Bellamy could blow it up.

I like these offseason threads. It's fun to see who goes out on a limb and nails it on the head.

I'm going to say John Taylor. I could easily be wrong but that's what's fun about these threads. I'll predict he provides quality depth early on and wins the job about halfway through and becomes a quality NG for us.

Would love to see JHC and Drew really find it this season though!

i wouldn't consider him a "surprise" just cause I'm expecting him to do great things.

I could also see Brendan Langley blowing it up both on the football field and on the basketball court which would be awesome

That wouldnt be a surprise, as others have said but, we wouldnt even have to change the ackronym this season....JMFJ still works even though JMFJ #29 has moved on.

If he gets the playing time Blake Tibbs could show out. Kids a play maker. But I also fully expect Rumph to emerge as our top receiver before its all said and done.

Ah, forgot about him. Good choice he had a good spring game so if he shows up and provides that reliable 3rd down/redzone option that would be a big plus. Anything more would be awesome for our already stout passing game.

We all know Swann can play, but I think he puts up AA numbers this year.

J think Ry Drew will be the biggest suprise. Followed by Sheldon Dawson and then Ramik Wilson.

i like the dawson pick, i think he has potential to really surprise everyone. for me, i'm going with tray matthews surprising some folks outside of athens. my guess is he loads up on some personal fouls but we start seeing more WRs with alligator arms.

if i didn't say matthews i'd say JHC but i still dunno what to expect out of him. but i mean, how don't you get a tad excited thinking about the potential benefits of a 6'5 safety in our base defense
