Where is Carter going? The CFL? This NFL isn't the NBA where you get drafted just based on potential and measurable.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lose a TE or two to transfer. We have five on roster and they have 16 catches for 198 yards total. Nauta has 10 catches for 124 yds, the other 4 have 6 receptions for 74 yds. Woerner won't leave but some of the others might if they want to get pass receptions.

Blazevich and Davis are juniors so they'd have to graduate early, drop down to a lower division or take a flyer on getting picked up by some NFL team if they decide to leave. Jackson Harris is a sophomore with 1 reception for 5 yards.

Wilkerson can take his rear end somewhere else. I'd say a kicker if not two ends up somewhere else too.

I took the liberty of including players that may be shown the door.

Combine warriors get drafted all the time in the NFL. He's a freak athlete with measurables that D Coordinators dream of, if he left early somebody would take a chance on him in the mid rounds for sure. I'm certainly not saying he has NFL talent, but somebody would take him as a project with a high ceiling.

I had hoped Woerner would stay at wideout, but Chaney knows what he's doing.

I wouldn't blame Davis or Harris for leaving, but hope at least 4 of our 5 stay.

Sanders is the only player on D who I could see possibly leave, CBS sports line and nfldraftscout has him listed as the 4th best FS prospect for the 2018 draft. Carter and Bellamy would probably get drafted the 3rd day but it's in both of their best interests to return to school IMO.

Good point, Cornelius Washington comes to mind and Chris Conley really raised his stock in Indy.

No place kickers on scholarship at this time.

Long, punter, is.

Don't think he's leaving.

Backup punter, QB, probably leaves. 1

Chubb and Michael, for sure. Up to 3

Unless Blazevich graduates and goes to Clemson or Florida State, Davis or Harris, TE, at least one TE goes somewhere, call it 4.

Speculation above about Wilkerson makes sense. Maybe other DBs will think about it. 5

Wondering about Tae Crowder, too. 6

Shakenneth 7

Not sure if all our OLs will be back. Say one of them is too small and moves on. 8

Bellamy or Carter. 9

14 scholarship seniors (including walkons given ships in August) leave.

9 guys leave early.

23 spots.

We have a couple more spots open on the 85 man roster now.

We get 25 commits who sign, room for all 25.

Would love to see if I'm anywhere near right on this.

I don't know what's up with Michael Barnett, but he hasn't played yet and we've been short on DE's. Hurt, suspended? It doesn't seem like a good sign, but he is still with the team.

I thought Barnett was possibly a projected starter coming out of August camp, he and Rico McGraw have been a mystery. It sure is good getting probably our 2nd best D-lineman in Ledbetter back, maybe we can start getting some pressure on the QB down the stretch.

Chubb leaves obviously. I think Michel stays for whatever reason.

Very deep draft for backs.

This happens all of the time, especially with pass rushers. Dion Jordan ring a bell?

How can anyone talk about Combine Warriors and not mention their Patron Saint: Mike Mamula

Well Leonard also proved to be a somewhat productive college player. Lorenzo has definitely not even come close to proving that. He might leave, but I think it would be much wiser for him to stay depending on how he finishes the season.

Another example: Jarvis Jones had more sacks in two games against Florida than Ziggy Ansah had in his entire college career. Ansah tested like a freak and went 5th overall.
