Had 2 of some weird beer I've never heard of at dinner. Now drinking a few miller lites back at my buddy's apt to take the edge off. Not gonna drink too much since I've got an early start and need to start trashing beers at abt 7 tmrw

Prescription antacid (Nexium - spell?) for about 12 weeks is all that the Doc said. I got this other stuff off the internet: eat bland foods, avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol and coffee, and exercise more.

Got diagnosed with an ulcer in 2006. Yes, your hard drinking days are over, but I can load up on Prevacid the week before a big home game and enjoy myself on Saturdays. Just gotta plan it out. Diet will go a long way in improving things. It sucks for a while, but it will get better. Hang in there.
