Is it just me or do offensive coordinators usually pan out to be better head coaches?

We give the ball to a shrimp on 4th and 1....a guy who has no ability to break tackles. We've run that play numerous times and the defense knew exactly who was gonna get it.

I don't care about the lack of depth, I don't care about the play calling, I don't care about the mistakes. I like KS, I'm glad we hired him. However, this is 4 games the team has showed up with no effort, that is unacceptable. Must be fixed, I don't care if we lose to better teams right now, but the energy we start games with is aweful, and inexcusable!
