Toughness.

Reducing mistakes.

Halftime adjustments.

We are a soft, undisciplined football team in the middle of October.

SECCG next year or burn it all down again, IMO.

No excuse for us to not win the East next year with the amount of players coming back.

However, we'll need new direction for the offense. No way around it.

We hired em because we were afraid he was gonna take the SC job...worst
reason ever to hire a HC at UGA.

For years, Georgia has played down to the level of their competition. I had hoped Kirby would end that but it's still there. How can you play UT down to the wire with 31 points and score 16 on Vandy? I just don't get it.

We hired him to make us bama, which is recruit driven.

SC got Muschamp, so it kinda worked out....

So 'Bama relies on simply having far better players than anyone else but has mediocre coaching?

I didn't say that. Their head coach makes coaching moves when he needs to.

As aggravated with the staff as I am right now.....I would still give him 3-4 years.

Actually, we losing almost the entire OL and top 2 RBs.

That may end up being addition by subtraction, though.

Not worried too much about RB. Herrien is gonna be the real deal and Holyfield will be the #2 guy.

No one will ever convince me we should beat Vandy every year just based on talent, regardless of who Is coaching. I'm going to say it right now, I think this entire staff is garbage. Maybe people were right, Saban really was running the defense. I believe, unfortunately, we have one the those "good coordinator, bad head coach situations on our hands". Probably stuck with it for 3-5 years. Brace yourselves.

From my perspective the biggest upside in hiring Smart was recruiting. Without a strong OL our offense will never be a top 10 level offense.

Muscamp obviously fizzled at Florida and his stock is way down. His defense wasn't exactly great at Auburn either. Will is a major hot-head and just doesn't seem to have the disposition to be a successful HC. Kirby should be fine if he can just recruit better linemen.

Da frick you've been watching. This entire line can go kick rocks.

So I go LT-Thomas. RT-Baker or Allen or Cleveland.
C-Wynn. Guards should be stacked. Maulers in the wings and some coming in this class.

The running back draft class is pretty stacked. Chubb has to declare. I would probably think about it if I were Michel.

Why don't you ask a few prople around Butts-Mehre about Kirby's "disposition"?
I think you'll find out he has nothing on Boom. Although Boom probably gets the
edge with what he does on the sidelines.

Once again if Kirby's biggest "upside" is recruiting and not coaching or experience
than I'm not so sure we hired the right ex UGA DB for the job.It also looks like Bama has
not skipped a beat on the field or on the recruiting trail since Kirby left.
