We have seen the future of UGA football. And it's not the phenom Eason

Fromm looked better today than I've ever seen Eason look.

And before anyone spouts "it's App State". Eason had 1 completion for 3 yards I think. Fromm looked a little better than that.

It's kinda like the first time you smoke pot... you're confused and spout absurd gestures while holding your gut while giggling. We could be in trouble...

Me either, I just ate ice cream sandwiches made from large chocolate chip cookies until the roof of my mouth was sore.

That sounds delicious. Like watching a QB hit short timing routes and opening up the running game.

He did enough. That's all we needed.

For his first game ever as a freshman against a good defensive line with an offense who couldn't move a foot until he came in, I would say he did ok

How quickly some are forgetting Eason's heroics as a true freshman, such as what should have been a game winning TD on 4th down against UT (had it not been for fundamental mistakes by the secondary is defending the Hail Mary by Dobbs).

Had we won that game, Eason would have been crowned the Second Coming right then and there.

I would like to see what Fromm does on the road against SEC talent before declaring that he's ready to replace Eason.

Eason had his moments, for sure.

Just like Stalin, Hitler, Napolean, and Lincoln.

I've seen plenty of Eason on the road vs SEC.

Fromm has "it". Eason can throw it 80 yards....but can't throw a slant, out, our button hook. And I thought that even after the fluke TD vs UT.

Fromm gave the offense some juice but he got a LOT of help from our WRs and the fact that AS' secondary is not great. I wouldn't say Fromm is the future (compared to Eason) just yet but Eason didn't do himself any favors prior to his injury. Fromm definitely took advantage of his early playing time.

At least Fromm threw passes that allowed our receivers to make plays. It's hard to find 11foot WR's.

Exactly. Two former 5* athletes in Hardman and Godwin going against corners who weren't recruited by any major schools...plus 6-5 Wims.

Notre Dame talent level will be considerably higher.

Very true. Eason's passes were ugly. I hoped that he had worked on those short passes over the last 9 months.

Hate to be a broken record. But Eason faced the same unit with the same WR's but very different results. Eason didn't look like Fromm did vs Nichols St, tech, Vandy, anyone.

He was crowned as the Second Coming before he even set foot on campus.
