Seems more likely. It seems he may have been doing right by Geirgia with those recruiting visits. Maybe he will be employed in some fashion by UGA other that head coach of the football team.

As do I. I just don't think it was fun for him anymore. Plus, my sources told me the water girl graduated...

And he has made millions and will likely STIL make millions. I want the best for him, too.

"mutually agreed" usually means there was little choice. He was fired.

Pretty sure they're putting that spin on it to make it look better for him but if it was up to him I'm sure he'd be coaching next year.

This ^

As much as I have been critical of his on field success, I have never questioned his character. I'm glad that he is "stepping down" instead of it being an ugly ordeal.

Ok, first I thought he would be leaving on his own terms and not fired. Although you never really know what goes on behind the scenes, all things considered I couldn't see anything other than a mutual parting of the ways. Second, I thought it would be sooner rather than later--didn't know how much sooner it would be. LINK
