UGA recruits reflect on their season and the Bulldogs first loss...

OFFENSE

QB Jacob Park (Stratford; Goose Creek, S.C.) vs. Berkeley (Moncks Corner, S.C.) - According to Park's coach, Ray Stackley, the Rivals100 quarterback threw for 224 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions in a 29-10 victory on Friday. Stackley also said that Park had 189 yards of passing called back due to penalties.

Next Up: Stratford travels to face Sumter (Sumter, S.C.) on September 6.

RB Nick Chubb (Cedartown) vs. Rockmart - "I'm not sure exactly what my stats were. I think I had 25 carries, 350 yards and five touchdowns," in a 40-14 win.

Next up: Cedartown travels to face Pepperell on September 6.

RB Sony Michel (American Heritage; Plantation, Fla.) vs. Miami Central - According to the Miami Herald, Michel was held to 55 yards on 11 carries in a 35-20 loss.

Next up: American Heritage hosts American Heritage (Delray Beach, Fla.) on September 6.

WR Shakenneth Williams (Rutland) vs. Southwest - "I had five catches for 96 yards," in a 41-7 victory.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "I thought it was a hard fought game and man, everyone needs to stay healthy."

Next up: Rutland hosts Spalding on September 6.

TE Jeb Blazevich (Christian; Charlotte, N.C.) vs. Hammond (Columbia, S.C.) - Blazevich had 7 catches for 89 yards and two solo tackles in a 42-0 win.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "It was a tough loss, but they (UGA) can bounce back.)

Up Next: Christian takes on Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, N.C.) on September 6.

OL Dyshon Sims (Lowndes) vs. Luella - "I played really well and ended up knocking my guy out of the game," in a 42-2 win."

On UGA vs. Clemson: "I thought overall it was a war between the two powerhouses but I definitely know there are some things we can improve on with both sides of the ball."

Up Next: Lowndes hosts Newton on September 6.

DEFENSE

DL Dontavius Russell (Carrollton) vs. Oxford (Oxford, Ala.) - "I had three tackles and one for a loss," in a 34-14 win.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "It was a fun game to watch. I like that type of football."

Up Next: Carrollton hosts Chapel Hill on September 6.

DL Kendall Baker (Marist) vs. Clarke Central - "I had four or five tackles and a few hurries," in a 29-18 victory.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "We looked good and had great opportunities. We played a good game but we have to take the loss, learn from it, and get ready for South Carolina. Get that win and get back on our path to the SEC championship. We have to take it one game at a time."

DB Malkom Parrish (Brooks County) vs. Monroe - According to his coach, Maurice Freeman, Brooks County defeated the number 10 ranked team in AAAA by a score of 48-14 behind Parrish's 77 yards rushing, 153 yards passing, and four total touchdowns.

Up Next: Brooks County at Valdosta on September 6.

DB Shattle Fenteng (Hutchinson Community College; Huthinson, Kan.) vs. Navarro College (Corsicana, Tex.) - "I had five tackles, two pass breakups, and a big hit," in a 41-16 loss.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "I just think UGA needed more big plays."

Next Up: Hutchinson hosts Garden City Community College (Garden City, Kan.) on September 7.

DB Kendall Gant (Lake Gibson, Lakeland, Fla.) vs. Jenkins (Lakeland, Fla.) - "I had five tackles, two assists, and a 40-yard punt return for a touchdown," in a 36-0 win.

On UGA vs. Clemson: "It was a good game overall. It came down to who made the most mistakes and that was who was going to (lose)."

Up Next: Lake Gibson hosts Bartow (Bartow, Fla.) on September 6.
