Laugh. My. fricking. arse. Off!! "Do you know who I am??"
The relatively quiet offseason in Gainesville, FL is no more as Florida Gators sophomore linebacker Antonio Morrison was arrested early Sunday morning for first-degree misdemeanor simple battery after allegedly striking a bouncer.
According to Gainesville Police, Morrison visited Kava Lounge at 1007 W. University Ave. and inquired about the price of entry to the establishment. The bouncer at the front door told Morrison the price, which caused Morrison to become irate.
“Do you know who I am, I am a UF football player, I am Antonio!” he responded, according to the official police report.
When Morrison was again told he would have to pay full price, he allegedly punched the bouncer/victim in the head and left.
Morrison was positively identified on the scene.
A four-star rated prospect coming out of high school in 2012, Morrison appeared in all 13 games for Florida last season, starting three contests. The early enrollee out of Bolingbrook, IL finished with 34 tackles (2.0 for loss), a sack and a forced fumble on the year, receiving SEC All-Freshman team honors at the season’s end.
Morrison was listed as the starting middle linebacker on the Gators’ post-spring practice depth chart released by head coach Will Muschamp on April 24.
Florida has not commented on Morrison’s arrest as of press time.

"Do you know who I am?" is so fricking amatuer. "Do you know who my dad is?!" is far more effective when one is in college.

It just pisses me off that if that was one of our LB's, he could be kicked off the team. Since he's at Ufag he might get 1 whole game, or Muschump could pull an Urban Cryer and let him miss 1/2 of a meaningless cupcake. We'll see come 09/07 if he's in the Miami game!

He won't miss shite. He'll have to run early in the AM for a couple of days...I can almost guarantee he won't miss PT.

He'll be suspended for their game against Toledo and be back against Miami
