I'm sure they have some knowledgable fans that realize how important a DC leaving is. We have some ignorant fans as well, but damn UCLA I didn't even realized you had that many football fans who could be salty.

More UCLA cons:
1. No matter what, they're still little brother to USC.
2. They really struggle to sell out the Rose Bowl. My favorite story about UCLA fans is when they played in the Rose Bowl against Wisconsin after the 1998 season, Wisconsin fans outnumbered UCLA fans in their OWN HOME STADIUM.
3. The afore mentioned Rose Bowl, in which UCLA got run over by Ron Dayne and lost, was the last major bowl game that program has played in.
4. One more good season and Mora will be back in the NFL.

That's the downside of UCLA going to a Rose Bowl - it's just another home game, essentially. It doesn't have the same cachet that it does to Big Ten teams. Plus, getting people to leave Wisconsin in January to go a place that's sunny and 70? That isn't exactly a challenge.

UCLA had a solid run in the 90s. Other than that, USC has historically been a far superior program to UCLA. USC is one of the five most prestigious CFB programs of all time.
