Shot a 47 on the front. This is around my usual score.

Shot a 40 on the back!

I shot 58-45 last Thursday and 45-42 on Friday. I still can't explain the 58. People who have never played golf don't understand how difficult it is. Having said that most of it is between your ears.

Golf is the most frustrating sport in the world. The fact that anyone has ever gotten a hole in one just blows my mind.

Congrats man, that's awesome. You'll break 40 before you know it. Best of luck to you in that.

You'll get back in the hang of things when you start playing more. I was playing in a qualifier for a tourney one time, and shot 78 (par 71) with a 10 on my second hole. I was not pleased to say the least...

I'm pretty sure my best 9 hole score is a 33 on a par 36 (back 9). Did it this summer back home and lipped my birdie putts on 17 and 18. Hard to be upset though.

Played with two buddies. Ones a drunk and the other a stoner, but they witnessed it all.

I'm sure you fit right in.

Solid round man. Keep it up. Any plans on one visit this fall?

Played for years in South GA where it was cheap. When I moved up here, I started playing with some guys, but my game suffered as I was not used to hills and, well, grass in the fairway. I got into the high 80s with the occasional 84, but no consistency. I finally decided to give it a rest. It's been 6 months now and I am surprised at how quickly I stopped missing it. More time with the family or doing other things and saving $50+ every weekend, not including the cost of golf balls. I put the clubs in storage.

I love golf, but I guess I am retired.

I juat joined Cherokee Pines in Perry $75 a month includes range balls. Its not much but just to get back into the game its all good. Ordered a bag boy push cart on amazon. I have time in the morning to at least walk nine. Golf can be addictive as hell sometimes
