That is readable but gd that's a far walk
Yeah. I'm not an old man and it hurts me just to get up the hill to the deck.

Wat?
Is not that far.
Dude IDGAF how in shape you are, prince avenue to the stadium is a fricking haul. Especially on the way back after the game when it's all uphill.
You can park close to the stadium for $40, if you're riding by yourself that splits out to the equivalent of whatever food you'd buy inside the stadium. I certainly get being frugal but sometimes it just ain't worth it to save a few pennies.

Tip
Find a parking place downtown
Leave your car and go to the game
You will get a 10 or 15 parking ticket
Pay it by mail.

1 block from Creature Comforts and you say far walk? WG, I'm disappointed in you.

Far walk from the stadium, hell yes it is. I'm getting older and lazier these days and that walk looks like a nightmare.

By the time he gets here, all the decks and regular lots will be full. Remember, he's not getting here until until 2-ish. If he's lucky.
The lot on my pic is never full. Note to OP- I'm not talking about the actual parking lot adjacent to the square I drew... you'll get towed there. Park on the grass at the Victorian Mansion. Access on Finley Street.
Also, getting out of town is easy at this location. You aren't in parking deck hell trying to get out.
You slip out onto Finley, then slip out onto Prince which becomes Hwy 129 on your way out of town. Nice and Easy.
The tough walk is after the game. Uphill the whole way back.

Aren't the decks downtown usually open for $20 or so?

Not at 2 oclock on gameday.

If he had a $900 suite at Indigo downtown you'd say how pimp and awesome it was, but becuase he's an extra 2 blocks further away, you act like it is Lawrence of Arabia.
Learn yourself some Stretch-Goal, getchoo some of that Lean Agile training.

Can you ride a bike to the game and park at the stadium?

You can easily park on S.Finley Street in a little circle of rocks by by a tree where the pavement ends and the cobblestones begin. Most people think you can't park there but you can. You can access Downtown scene or the stadium from there but I don't recommend going through the public housing area. You can walk between some houses on Finley and walk down a hill that connects to the Holiday Inn parking lot. It has a little kudzu but you just get down in it until you find the trail. It is much shorter and free to boot.

It depends. If you try that shite on a beach cruiser you will be knocked off and give a weggie. BMX bikes are allowed.

From what I have read the campus is pretty bike friendly. I saw where they won an award recently. LINK. From this map they have a lot of bike racks with locations which appear to be relatively close to the stadium. There's several at Reed Plaza and then I read where they recommended parking your bike at the student center.

If you don't mind getting ran over, by all means go biking on a gameday.

I was also meaning to ask you if we could get there by water. I didn't know if this was possible, practical or something that people did. I read a thread on another site explaining how you might be able to achieve this coming in from the Atlantic. Do you think we could get up in there in your flatbottom?
But back to the biking one of the best hassle free experiences I ever had as far as getting to and from a stadium was going to Target Field to see the Twins play. The hotel was not very close to the stadium so I rented a bike from a network which is actually part of their transit system and drove to and from the game, parking right at the stadium for free. The one day rental was $6. It was a helluva deal.
