You people need to learn to appreciate and marvel at shitty instincts.

Grantham rules, Pruitt sucks, Bauta will start, the wifi at Sanford won't work this year....

I'd be more worried if deeprig6 was endorsing the current roster.

Remains to be seen.

The wifi at Sanford is no better than it was last year.

I endorse everyone except Lambert and Mauger.

This shits amazing. Obviously Lambert was struggling and given who we were playing and how well the defense was doing CMR made the right choice to leave Lambert in and see if he could grind himself out of his slump. That's how you build character and experience....and he did do markedly better in the second half (granted he couldn't do much worse).

I would've liked to see another series with Ramsey or even Rig's boy Bauta....but don't fault Richt for letting Lambert stay in to see how he responded. That was probably a wake up call and I expect him to be sharper next week. Ramsey and Bauta had their chances to take the job and they blew it.

We won in an ugly game...the kind of game we've lost in the past. I'll wait to start firing coaches and benching players.

Grantham and Louisville are 0-2, Bauta's holds were responsible for at least one of Marshall's shanked fg attempts yesterday, the wifi at Sanford in section 105 is flawless, Lambert isn't anywhere close to perfect but he's our best option.........Pointing out his flaws isn't enlightenment.

Sanders, Parrish, and Bellamy are all guys that came in under Pruitt. That's a little more than 1/4 of the defensive starters off the top of my head. And Grantham didn't even want Sanders.

Grantham didn't leave as much defensive talent as people think except at OLB. For all his flaws, the man could recruit and coach a pass rushing OLB.

Those were Greene's numbers in his 2nd career start, at home no less.

But Greene was a freshman. Lambert already graduated college and was even a starter at another Division I program...well at least until losing the job.

One would expect a freshman quarterback to struggle. But not sure how you can explain the bad footwork and all around lack of poise of a guy with Lambert's level of experience...especially against a team like Vanderbilt. (Yeah, they're tough on the road...but let's be real...it's Vanderbilt). Unless perhaps Lambert simply isn't very good...which might explain why he lost the job at UVA...

The real tests will come soon enough...not just SC but particularly Alabama and on the road at UT. We'll see if "opening the playbook" changes anything. At this moment, there is little in either his UVA career or his two UGA games so far to grade him more than a "C" at best.

You could also argue that he wasn't getting good coaching at UVA and thus while he has more game experience than the other options, he could be more raw with his fundamentals.

Regardless, he needs to get better fast if we are going to win against better competition.

It's week fricking 2. I usually tell people to climb off the ledge, but honestly I want all you frickers that are up there to go ahead and jump...good riddance. This place turns into shite after a close game or a loss. Just an FYI - Lambert is 6th in the SEC in passing efficiency...he had a bad start and looked awful at times, but he had a lot of dropped passes too. Also, Vandy played really well against our WRs all game. Not like our guys were running wide open all game.

So frick you all and please jump if you're on the ledge....we don't want you

I can honestly vouch that Deeprig is a UGA grad... I do not agree with all he says, but he is not a troll from another team like some others here.

Virginia knows him best and they bailed. The eyes don't lie. Lambert choked like a dog against Vandy and the atrocious footwork and erratic throws tell the tale. If we get behind against USCe and Lambert is looking rattled he should be pulled.

I can prove my degree by showing all the junk mail I get from the Terry College of Business.

I remember how good Lambert looked early against FSU last year and how bad he played in the crunch. I don't think either Ramsey or Bauta could be worse.

But, but, but

Remember when everyone was snickering about Uga taking Lambert? Count yourself lucky it only took two games and no losses to figure it out. Maybe Richt can right the ship before you hit rough waters

UVA bailed on him in part because he was running for his life back there and thery needed someone who could run for their life better...

I see Lambert as being at a crossroads for UGA. He has shown he can make some tough throws, but has also missed on a lot of throws. He hasn't made too many bad reads at least. We don't know what he is calling at the line and how that has affected our play, but that is a big part we just don't see enough of the be able to judge from our arm chairs.

I think he is not seeing the field on every pay the way he needs to and he is very cognizant of his mandate to not turn the ball over. That is sommething he needs to get past. I don't think it is an uncorrectable situation at this point. Thankfully, we have been able to rely on our elite ground game and close to elite defense. I think Richt has not given up on him because he does have the tools.
