I worked for a chemical company for years - we had all sorts of training about what materials could not be stored together because of the risk of fire/explosion/toxic vapors/etc. if anything happened to leak, yet people would still sometimes store stuff together when it never should have been.

3 people have been arrested for involvement of the fire. One has been charged with felony destruction of property and the other 2 with criminal tresspassing.....

Google or Century Link or ATT .... those are the big players in fiber optics up and down that stretch of 85. The material belongs to one of those three companies.
