the school has asked since the summer that fans wear black and I haven't heard anything to the contrary.

It's senior day
They have played 4 years in the red and black and deserve it.
It takes the stigma of wearing them away...no fake juice.

Kirby said in his presser that they "haven't confirmed" they'll have the uniforms. Sounds tongue-in-cheek, but I guess we'll find out.

I'd prefer it for Tech, especially if it were a night game, but I'm excited to see them come back, especially with the new Nike scheme.
The beat way to take the booga-booga out of the jerseys for the folks dumb enough to subscribe to that is to use them in a gimme game or two.

I'm aware. Just working a hypothetical off a hypothetical. This is working out exactly the way Kirby wants, I'd imagine. They laid this schedule out, back during the summer, and they're going to stick with it. A couple of "unimpressive" wins in the black jerseys while he's feeding the monster, then you break them out for a night game against Auburn or Tech next time?
