Seth Emerson @SethEmerson · 9m News: CB Shattle Fenteng is "doubtful" to play this season, per Richt, and will require surgery on his shoulder. Can medical redshirt.

He's done for the year.

Hopefully we get two solid years out of him. I was told he had a huge upside

Wow, we have to have he shittiest luck with key players of any major program in the nation. Maybe we need to start offering human sacrifices or something, sheesh.

It's good for next year. He practiced, got in one game. Now he'll have the surgery and med redshirt...good chance to be back for spring practice in 6 months. Probably gives him a better chance of knowing the system and contributing for two good years.

Would be nice, though, if guys like Rico and Parrish would start to emerge. And maybe Wilkerson will be back sometime soon... We could use some help this season.

Hope the kid gets better, but CMR needs to stay away from juco guys. We have the worst luck with them.
