SEC West 1-5 Overrated...

The SEC West is 1-5 in bowls this season.
SEC East 3-0 currently with Tennessee and Florida still to play.
Looks like the SEC East is better than we thought and the West was overrated.
This will be the second straight year that the SEC will not bring home a national championship!

The way I look at it the entire SEC had a down year. Lots of SEC talent went to the NFL over the past 2 seasons so almost every team is in rebuilding mode. A good example: name an outstanding SEC QB compared to Mariota, Winston or even the 3rd string QB for Ohio St., Cardale Jones. Ironically Nick Marshal is probably the best QB in the SEC and his team lost 5 games this season because Auburn's defense sucks worse than ours.

Disney your info is not correct. SEC West is 2 and 5. A&M and Arkansas won their games.

Everything else I agree with. Damn west is bringing us down. But we have done absolutely nothing to contribute to the title situation and, in fact, I was convinced UGA would be the team to bookend the whole SEC champion not making the title thing. But, hey, thanks Bama.

Problem is it wasn't just "a" S.E.C. team; it was 5 SEC teams.
I mean if MSU, Ole Miss and Auburn had take care of business in the bowls then no problem in spite of traditional powers Bama and LSU losing. But it is evident at this point that the entire SEC was overrated this year. Honestly, you could make a case in hiney sigght that TCU should have been in the playoffs instead of Alabama.
